tournaments
(See tentative schedule below)
Polar and Ice: Teams participate in 10 travel/local tournaments through their season. Travel tournaments are within a 6 hour drive. Local tournaments are within a 1.5 hour drive.
Additionally, each team has the option to participate in Regional Qualifiers.
Spring Only: Teams participate in 4 local tournaments (within 2 hours) and 1 travel tournament (Minneapolis).
12U: Team participate in 5 local tournaments (within 2 hours) and 1 travel tournament (Minneapolis).
conditioning
We partner with the experts at EHP Fitness for our injury prevention focused conditioning that is executed in practice and at the EHP facility. Increased vertical, strength and speed are all important to keep our athletes healthy during and beyond our season.
EHP also covers nutritional training, teaching our athletes how to fuel their bodies during season training, tournaments and recovery.
Extras
NEW FOR 24-25 SEASON: All athletes will participate in sports psychology training with Dr. Mel Firestein. All athletes will attend sessions discussing confidence and self-esteem, push vs. rest, and leadership.
All teams participate in a community service project. Not only does this serve as a great team bonding experience, but it also helps us give back to the amazing community we serve.

Each athlete receives individual, team, and live action professional photos as a thank you for being a part of the Freeze family!

Polar and Ice 14U and older teams utilize Hudl for recruiting.

Optional fundraising is available to help families with club costs.
