Director/16U Coach
Hello! I have been involved in volleyball in some capacity for my entire life. I played for Fargo North High (Class of 2003) and North Fargo JO Volleyball Club and currently play women's league. I have coached at 12U–18U levels. I believe that no matter the age of the athlete, building a culture of integrity, mental toughness and grit in addition to hard work and skill development is the key to a successful team.

Hey everybody! I’m Anna Knain and this will be my first season coaching with Freeze! I currently play volleyball at Concordia College and am super excited to join the Freeze family! I love watching athletes reach new heights they didn’t know they were capable of and watching them grow not only as a player but as a person throughout the journey!

Hi there, I’m Lizzie! This will be my first season at Freeze Volleyball and I’m very excited to be apart of this program! I love to see athletes learn and grow through all parts of the game of volleyball! Hard work and effort are major attributes that not only apply to the game of volleyball but life as well. I’m currently a student athlete at Concordia College, playing volleyball.

Hi! My name is Jaidyn Volk and I am from Pembina, ND. I have been playing volleyball since 7th grade and have been in love with the game ever since! I always knew I wanted to be a coach since I was young, and I’m finally making that dream happen. I coached 8th grade volleyball this past year, and now I’m excited to join the Freeze Volleyball Club! I am a junior at MSUM studying early childhood education with a minor in coaching and I hope to be a kindergarten teacher someday! I am so excited to be apart of this club and can’t wait to see what we will do this season!

Hi! My name is Laiken David and I am from Wyndmere, ND. I have always had a love for volleyball growing up, playing all throughout high school as well as sand leagues since I have graduated. I have been a JO coach the past two years and I love watching young athletes grow and improve their skills! I currently live in Fargo and am a nurse at Sanford Pediatric Home Health. I am so excited to be apart of this club and watch these girls succeed!

Hello my name is Ali Hinze. I am a senior at North Dakota State University! I am playing volleyball as an outside, as well as pursuing a degree in Business. I am from Maple Grove, Minnesota. I have been playing volleyball since I was 8 years old. I played for MN Select throughout my high school years. I’ve had the opportunity to coach at the club level for several years and am so excited to join the Freeze team!

Hi! I'm Arianna Blohm, but everyone calls me Ari! I am a sophomore at NDSU. I currently play as a middle and am pursuing degrees in exercise science and nutrition science. I grew up in southern Minnesota and played for Northern Lights growing up. I am super excited to join Freeze and can't wait for this upcoming club season!

Hi! My name is Analise Werwie, and I am from Lakeville, MN. I am a freshman Libero/Defensive Specialist at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I have been playing volleyball for nine years on club teams at Northern Lights, M1, and Minnesota Juniors. I was a member of the first U17 Girls North Country Region Team who competed at the 2023 All-Star Championships. This is my first year coaching at Freeze Volleyball Club and I can’t wait to meet everyone!

Hi, my name is Addison Bates! I am from Chester, SD. I am a freshman middle blocker at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I have been playing volleyball for 10 years through my home town. We won the South Dakota State Volleyball Championship and I had the opportunity to play on the All-Star team. This is my first year coaching for Freeze Volleyball Club and I can’t wait to work with everyone!
Hi, my name is Brielle Riess. I am from Marshall Minnesota. I am a freshman outside at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I started my career playing middle for Marshall high school, but transitioned to the pin while playing for Southwest Minnesota Volleyball Club. I can’t wait to work with players as a positional coach throughout this upcoming season!
